Like everyone, we've been gathering as much information as possible about the impact of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). We have sought advice from Government and NHS sources, to try and work out how we can best protect our customers, our community and our volunteers. This is particularly important for those in the more vulnerable category according to the NHS, as many Community Cinema goers are.
You need to be aware of the following if you are thinking of attending a PPS Film Show:
Please do not attend ANY event at The David Hall if you feel unwell, and especially if you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19.
In line with new government guidelines, face coverings must be worn at the PPS Film Shows in The David Hall but they can removed when eating and drinking.
Each Film Night will have a maximum of 12 tables where two individuals, one couple or two couples may be seated, depending on how many are in your "social bubble". Please advise the David Hall on booking your tickets who will be attending with so seating arrangements can be worked out.
Please refer to the David Hall website for details.
A table service will be operated, so before the show starts and during the interval, a steward will take your order and write the order on the tab for that table. Either during the interval or at the end of the night the steward will return to calculate payment. If possible, please have the correct payment available, if not the steward will place the change in a saucer. You should use the provided hand gel after handling money. The David Hall is currently researching a contactless payment system. If you need further assistance, the steward will be available throughout the show.
All toilets will be stocked with anti-bacteria hand soap. We ask all to follow stringent handwashing guidelines on entry and exit of the toilets.
Hand Sanitiser will be provided for customers and volunteers. We ask everyone to use the sanitiser on entry to the David Hall.
Please continue to monitor our web site and that of the David Hall, and we will endeavour to keep you up to date in this rapidly changing situation.
